For those of you who may also want to know this, I called the White House
media office, and was told Pres. Bush will be signing the new pension act,
HR 4, at 1:15 tomorrow. This info is from the weekly schedule - the exact
schedule for tomorrow will be out later tonight or tomorrow morning. If
