They have a note that the five-year term of the president of the court
coincides with that of the National People's Congress.
Surprisingly, the Europa doesn't have an address for the President of
China or for the Premier of the State Council, just the names. (They
have every other ministry and office, but not the ones you need.
Murphy's Law strikes again.)
According to Europa, the president is Hu Jintao. Europa uses the term
premier rather than prime minister for the state council; his name is is
Wen Jiabao.

Dear all,
I've been asked to find mailing addresses for the following government offices/officials of the People's Republic of China. I cannot read any Chinese and have not been able to find verify the contact information for these offices. I am not sure that I will receive permission to contact any embassies, and am out of ideas. Can anyone tell me whether the Chinese-language sites give any more information, or whether there is a print or online resource that may have these addresses?
