Hi everyone,
I have been asked to compile sample policies regarding attorney
sanctions and collection of unpaid fees/cash flow from clients. I am
particularly focused on in-house firm policies detailing
incentives/penalties for collection. I have searched Westlaw legal
newsletters, texts/periodicals and law journals, and I have performed
several Internet searches with some success. I would love to know if
anyone has any policies within their own firm who would be willing to
share with me. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
