This is a very long shot but.....
does anyone have a copy of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation
Authority (SEPTA) Procurement Manual? It is not posted on their website but
is simply listed as "on file" in their offices. Due to ongoing litigation,
I am unable to request a copy directly from the agency. Any help would be
appreciated...Thanks!
