Great find, Kent! I've been waiting years for such contributions by you
ever since your noble efforts on the pseudo-Bismarck "laws and sausages"
quote (I have since found earlier evidence, though). Unfortunately,
however, the 1924 sourcing comes too late to make the Yale Book of
Quotations.
