Certified copy of a public law

Has anyone ever had to obtain a certified copy of a (federal) Public
Law. (I've given him all the research on authenticating statutes, etc.)
I had been directed to the Library of Congress Office of
Photoduplication., but haven't been able to talk to an actual person to
confirm that this is the correct office for certification. Any
suggestions?

Any help would be appreciated.
