CA Orange Cty help needed, document retrieval service?

I need to get a certified copy of a fictitious business name filing from
the Orange County Recorder's office, ASAP of course. I just talked to
the office and they only offer snail mail service.
Is there a local service I could contact or can anyone recommend a
national service in the area? I have not used a document retrieval
service for years.
