Good morning,
We are trying to determine whether the state of Florida has a statute or
regulation similar to the one below from the Illinois Administrative Code.
We have discovered that Florida no longer has a Department of Labor. We
tried to figure out from the state website who to call, but the first
several places we contacted referred us to the US DOL (we are looking for
state-specific materials). Lexis and Westlaw also could not seem to find
anything. If anyone could point us in the correct direction, it would be
greatly appreciated.
