Lawlibbers: The subject line sounds like bureaucratic doublespeak, I
know, but I have been asked if there are any performance standards for
evaluating attorneys that someone would be willing to share. This is
for a Department wide overhaul of employee performance standards.
BTW, the Department of Water Resources is a CA state agency with approx.
2,500 employees statewide working in hydroelectric power plants,
designing and maintaining water supply systems like the CA Aqueduct,
levees and dams. Of that number, about 45 are attorneys, whose
performance will be evaluated along with the other classes of employees.
Hence this question.
I'd appreciate any help I can get.
