I am looking for any suggestions for a secure, interactive, web-based tax form program, which backs up regularly.
Several of our paralegals complete and file long tax returns for estates and individuals on an annual basis. We have been using ATX/Kleinrock and this year have had several occasions when all the data, except for name, address, SSN, and other non-changing data, has disappeared when the paralegal has gone back in to make additions or corrections. One schedule has several hundred entities and she's not thrilled about having to reenter the data and then possibly have it disappear again!
Ideally there's a good, reliable, secure web-based product which will allow us to fill-in and save the tax forms on the web site of the vendor. The site would be secure and be backed up regularly. We were happy with an immigration form product, INS Zoom, which did all of the above. I'm hoping there is also a tax form product.
