Dear Colleagues,
West has been made aware of some infrastructure issues within the United
States Postal Service that may have prevented the delivery of advance
sheets and legislative service pamphlets to some zip codes affected by
hurricane Katrina. Advance sheets are mailed fourth-class mail. Until
about a month ago, there was limited fourth-class delivery in some areas
of New Orleans. Once we identified the advance sheet problem, we took
immediate steps to resolve it, and all customers should now be receiving
their advance sheets.
West has and will continue to work with all customers impacted by
hurricane Katrina. Any customers with questions or concerns regarding
their account should contact our Customer Service department at (800)
328-4880, ext. 67281, for assistance.
Please continue to work with West Customer Service to make us aware of
any problems or issues with regard to our products, services, or
delivery of these in a timely manner. We value you as customers and
