The Missouri Botanical Garden (also called "Shaw's Garden") is always
worth a visit with 2 rose gardens, a Japanese and a Chinese garden,
demonstration gardens and more, but this summer they are having a special
exhibit of glass by artist Dale Chihuly. You can see the part of the
exhibit which is outside with the regular garden admission, but to see the
works in the climatron and desert house, you will need a timed ticket, so
plan ahead.http://www.mobot.org/chihuly/

Glass in the Garden brings the work of renowned artist Dale Chihuly to St.
Louis in a custom-designed exhibition dramatically installed within the
natural landscapes of the Missouri Botanical Garden. Please note:
Climatron and Temperate House available during the exhibition by ticket
only.
