Good Morning!
I have a young attorney in need of two ATF Procedures that I have been unsuccessful in locating thus far. The ATF website has the synopsis for each, but not the text. They are: ATF Proc 73-5 [Tobacco Tests] and ATF Proc 76-2 [Method for Sequential Solvents Extractions Used in Differentiating Cigars and Cigarettes]. I found an old citation for the 76-2 procedure, ATF C.B. 1976, 111 - 121, but nothing else for 73-5.
Any leads would be gratefully appreciated. We will be glad to reimburse for copies as well.
