        Subject: AICPA Statement needed

I have an attorney who needs AICPA (SOP) 90-7, I have tried
several sources including calling the AICPA for this document. If
anyone has this document and could scan it or fax it to me I would be
most appreciative and would pay any reasonable cost for transmission.

        Thanks in advance
