I would appreciate it if anyone has used Baker & Taylor for standing
orders for legal publications such as the CFR, to let me know if you
received the product satisfactorily initially and also when updated. As
a government agency, our purchaser is required to purchase from certain
vendors if that product is (allegedly) available from them. It would
not have occurred to me that B&T would provide CFRs, much less standing
orders for them, but we will now be required to order from them, unless
given evidence to the contrary. I would prefer to deal with a vendor
that has ample experience with standing legal orders, which B&T might
actually have, but I'm not aware of it.
