Hi - I had a couple of requests to post results for my query on
monitoring securities litigation. Thanks VERY much to all who
responded!

Lots of folks suggested Westlaw Courtexpress and Courthouse News, which
are somewhat similar to Courtlink, and there were a few other more
securities-focused resources I list below - pasting from the emails
people sent me:

-http://scas2.issproxy.com/Login.php - I don't think you can customize
it so you only get certain companies, but one area that it's better than
Courtlink is for state courts. A partner here had gotten wind of a suit
that had been filed & needed the details ASAP of course. I couldn't
find any mention of the court anywhere - (love those press releases with
no details) or any record of the filing except SCAS, because it turned
out it was a state court that wasn't covered by Courtlink or any of the
docket services. - Welcome to the Securities Class Action Services
(SCAS) database website. Securities Class Action Services, LLC is a
subsidiary of Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. The SCAS database
is the most comprehensive of its kind-eliminating the time-consuming
task of monitoring and compiling information from a variety of other
sources. The SCAS database provides detailed information on all
securities class actions and important SEC settlements.

-The closest thing I know of is the Stanford Securities Class Action
Clearinghouse site "weekly-email notification of recent filings of
complaints that have been recently posted on the Website and/or to
receive weekly news in the area of securities class action litigation."
http://securities.stanford.edu/email.html. Of course, that's
unfortunately not comprehensive, and not an as-it-happens kind of
mailing that you are looking for. Slightly better - you might also set
up a page-monitor for their home page,
http://securities.stanford.edu/index.html, which has a listing of
recently filed cases, in reverse chronological order. This seems very
current, but again, I don't know how comprehensive it is.

- Securities Law360 is available for subscription but also has a free
email alert (www.securities.law360.com) (however, the daily newsletter
isn't free with out the subscription, and an organization subscription
for the whole thing is $2,900 per year ; individual is $790/year.)
