Hello! My name is Cookie Lewis, M.S.L.S., and I am a new member to this
discussion group. I would like to advise one of my firms on how large law
firms are best using Loislaw in addition to their West and Lexis contracts.
How does one best overcome resistance to introducing a new database that for
non-billable projects or printing outshines our current contracts? Have you
had vendor training or have you done customized training in-house to meld
with current firm research practices? Has anyone had any problems with the
product. Thank you in advance.
