Subject: Tax Case needed with page numbering
I need the pagination of 88 TCM 297 Beiner v Commissioner 9/28/2004. If
anyone would be willing to copy and fax/scan, I would be very grateful.
It is very important that the page numbering is clear. We have
searched all of our online products and local resources, but they do not
included the page numbering. This particular volume is not available
from our nearby universities. I know we cancelled these print case
volumes from CCH many years ago, but if anyone still has this and would
be willing to assist, I thank you. Of course, willing to pay any costs
associated with this request.
