We are looking for an English translation of the Puerto Rican Air Contamination Regs. (Reglamento para Control de la Contaminación Atmosférica). Has anybody seen this in English? Fortunately the paralegal and I can both read it in Spanish, but a 200+ page translation job is outside of our capabilities and timeframe. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
