Good Morning:
 
I am in need of the following information:
 
69 Interpreter Releases 1448 (11/9/92) and the article (plus any
appendices) is entitled, "Guidelines for the Filing of Amended H and L
Petitions" by James J. Hogan.
 
There are no appendices in Westlaw for 1992, but a section on this memo
says that it is located in Appendix I.
 
We will gladly pay any fees for faxing, etc. Thank you for your
assistance.
