Hi,
According to the SDNY District Executive, the SDNY/EDNY local court
rules are no longer published in print (by the court anyway). The
online version should be considered the official, or, controlling
version.

New York help--SDNY Local rules
I need help determining which Local rules are being used by the Southern
District. I have the link to the rules from the website. They are
current through April 15th, 2005. We also have a loose-leaf service
called Federal Local Court Rules. The combined rules for Eastern and
Southern District are current through September 1st, 2005. I have
flipped through the section but it is unclear to me if both courts made
changes in September or just one.
I have called the Southern District twice and was disconnected twice.
I am hoping there is a kind soul in New York who could verify which
Local rules are in effect for the Southern District.
Thanks in advance,
Holly
