I am looking for a case decided by the BOE in 2003 (we think) - appealing
party was Amador Stage Lines. Did not find it on Westlaw or on RIA's
Checkpoint. I saw a reference to it, in a list of cases heard but not
decided, from a cached page on the BOE's website. Does anyone know where
else I might look for the case?

People flock in, nevertheless, in search of answers to those questions only
librarians are considered to be able to answer, such as "Is this the
laundry?" "How do you spell surreptitious?" and, on a regular basis, "Do
you have a book I remember reading once? It had a red cover and it turned
out they were twins."-- Terry Pratchett
