I am desperately seeking the AAPL Model Form Deepwater Operating
Agreement, Exhibits B-E, H & J. I got the text of the Agreement and the
Exhibits from the AAPL website pretty easily. However, AAPL and the
companies that cooperate with it to publish these model agreements have
not been the most helpful and the only answers I get are that they do
not have these exhibits. I suppose that could mean that these documents
don't exist, but I wanted to check if anyone has heard of these Exhibits
or maybe even has found them? If you do happen to have these Exhibits
and could email or fax them to me today, or just tell me where you got
them, I would be so very grateful!
