I am looking for the full-text of Nigerian regulations.
Specifically, I need:
"Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) Courier Service (Operations) Regulations,
Act 41, 1992, under Section 62 of the Nigerian Postal Service Act, No. 41
of 1992, effective as of September 1, 2001."
I have found references online, but nothing full-text. Anyone have any
