A client has told an attorney that there is a class action suit filed
somewhere "out west" regarding a product /building material called MDF
(medium density fiberboard) used in interior and exterior construction.
I've searched every conceivable file and can't find any suits involving
this product. Assuming that no one out there in Law-Lib knows of any
litigation involving this material, can you offer me any suggestions on how
to find such class action suits? I've searched articles, class action
litigation reporters, briefs, etc.. All ideas are welcomed before I report
back to the partner that nothing could be found.
