The AALL Mentoring Committee encourages newer law librarians to register
for CONELL to be held in St. Louis on Saturday, July 8, 7:30 AM - 4:00
PM. CONELL is offered annually and provides a fun way to learn about
the profession, network with others, and find out all that AALL has to
offer. CONELL registration is $100 for the one-day event and includes
the program, continental breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon tour of St.
Louis. The Saturday event will be preceded by a popular Friday dutch
treat dinners. While not a mandatory part of CONELL, the Friday
dutch-treat dinners give CONELL attendees an informal opportunity to
meet and greet their future colleagues over a delicious meal at one the
nearby restaurants. Plan to meet at 6:30 PM at a location to be
announced.
Registration for CONELL is available on AALLNET at
http://www.aallnet.org/events/06_registration.asp and must be postmarked
by June 1. All CONELL registrants will be contacted with more
information about the Friday dutch treat dinners. If you have any
