We are looking for an article written by Jay Young of the Altoona Mirror a
few years ago--maybe 2002.
I don't think I have all the info here of course.
I believe it was about coroner's records and that Young won an award for it.
He seems to have written at least two articles about open records in PA.
I cannot find the articles on line or in any pay data base I have.
And I would rather have a photocopy of the original anyway.
Anyone have the print Altoona Mirror or this article?
Any help appreciated.
