Hello, Law-libbers.
I have a citation to Gooch & Klein, Review of Case Law II, at 112, which my attorney would like to have. (Apparently, there is also a "Review of Case Law I", but we don't need that...)
The citation comes from the book Documentation for Derivatives, also by Anthony C. Gooch of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton and Linda B. Klein of Dewey Ballantine LLP.
I'm not finding "Review of Case Law II" listed anywhere as a title, chapter of a book, etc., nor does it appear to be a law review article available on Lexis or Westlaw.
Closest thing I have found is "A Review of Case Law Affecting Swaps and Related Derivative Instruments," chapter co-authored with Linda B. Klein, in Derivatives Handbook: Risk Management and Control, edited by Robert J. Schwartz and Clifford W. Smith, Jr., John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 1997 (U.S. cases, August 1, 1992 through October 31, 1996).
If anyone can shed a little light (maybe someone from Cleary or Dewey knows something?), or if you have the Derivatives Handbook, I would appreciate any assistance!
