Mental Health: Policy Directive 4:14,
General Services: Incompatibility Activity Statement (cited in Govt Code §19570 et seq but not found there)
Health : Health Administrative Manual Prohibited activities § 8-1130 and 8-1140.
Wexis and Google have not been forthcoming.
