Does anyone know where I might find a memorandum from the Department of
Interior Solicitor's office to the Director of the Bureau of Land
Management? Specifically what I have been asked to find is:
Department of the Interior Associate Solicitor, Energy and Resources,
Memorandum to Director, BLM, "'Reservations' and the Public Land under
the Federal Power Act" (Aug. 16, 1985).
Any guidance appreciated.
