Help Please.

I have a patron trying to track down whistleblower statistics, specifically:

(1) statistics on criminal sanctions for people who retaliate against
whistleblowers under section 1107 of Sarbanes-Oxley;

(2) statistics on whistleblower complaints/retaliation complaints filed
through MSHA (the retaliation provision is 105(c) of the Federal Mine Safety
and Health Act of 1977).

I've contacted various individuals in the DOJ, SEC and have a call into
MSHA, but if anyone knows of any publications or agencies/contacts who could
provide this information, I'd really appreciate the help.
