Morocco Official Bulletin or Gazette?

I have citations to Moroccan "Dahirs" from 1977 and 1998, the texts of
which I would very much like to find. As best I can determine, a Dahir
is a decree by either the King or the Parliament of that country, and
I'm guessing that they are published in an Official Bulletin or Daily
Gazette. The specific Dahirs I need are 4.77.36 and 4.98.01.

Can anyone tell me where I may locate pre-1999 Moroccan laws, decrees or
official publications? I am waiting for a response from the Law Library
of Congress, but as the attorney needs it pretty quickly, I thought I'd
see if anyone has any other suggestions.

Thanks so much for your time!
Emily
