Hi All -

After much digging, I have determined that the Financial Services Authority
in the UK is responsible for registering initial public offerings much like
the SEC here in the United States. I've even located the rule which states
...

"The FSA
<http://fsahandbook.info/FSA/glossary-html/handbook/Glossary/F?definition=G4
47> will publish on its website, a list of prospectuses
<http://fsahandbook.info/FSA/glossary-html/handbook/Glossary/P?definition=G9
24> approved over the previous 12 months. The list will specify how a
prospectus is made available and where it can be obtained, including, if
applicable, a hyperlink to the prospectus
<http://fsahandbook.info/FSA/glossary-html/handbook/Glossary/P?definition=G9
24> published on the issuer's
<http://fsahandbook.info/FSA/glossary-html/handbook/Glossary/I?definition=G6
27> or regulated market's
<http://fsahandbook.info/FSA/glossary-html/handbook/Glossary/R?definition=G9
78> website." [PR 3.2.7 from the FSA Handbook]

However, I have been unable to locate this list of prospectuses. Does
anyone know where it can be found? What's the trick?

Many thanks,

Wendy
