UK Business Advice

Good afternoon -

One of my attorneys has asked me to find the registration filings for
several IPOs on the London Stock Exchange. I am familiar with the documents
that would be filed in the US with the Securities and Exchange Commission,
but am in the dark about the process in the UK. If anyone can provide
advice or suggestions on this matter, I would be grateful. I've been trying
to find a clear explanation, but am having a Monday. I find lots of
information on how an individual would invest, and have located the
Financial Services Authority, but it's not clear to me how a company manages
to set themselves up to sell securities. Is the FSA the right agency? And
what documents are required?

Many thanks for any advice or pointers offered.

Wendy
