Awhile ago, I posted a request for the Navy Shipment Marking Handbook,
2d. ed. I have since received that. However, now I am trying to get a
copy of the Navy Shipment Marking Handbook, 4th ed. This edition was
published in 1947.
I do not have the Su Doc number for the 4th ed. However, I have the Su
Doc for the 2nd ed. of the Handbook. That is N20.7/ 1A:SH/64/943.
Presumably, the 1947 4th ed. should be located in the same neighborhood.
If someone is willing to copy and send it to me, we are, of course,
willing to cover your costs.
I have the first three editions of this publication. If anyone knows
whether there were any editions published other than 1 through 4, I'd
appreciate any information about subsequent editions too. I'm also
trying to find copies of any subsequent editions, in addition to the 4th
ed.
