I am looking for a Model Form Joint Operating Agreement [Form 610],
specifically we are interested in looking at an attachment to this form
called the COPAS.
Does anyone have this form/volume with this form that they can
lend/email? I have located the forms for purchase online, however we
would only like to view a copy.
