I am gathering materials for our Associate Development program which is
in the process of being...redefined. I am interested in the
implementation of such a program, elements, best practices, model
programs, mentoring, and orientation. I have the ABA book "The
Effective Associate Training and Development Program", a couple of NALP
publications on order, and I have run some law journal searches. I was
wondering whether anyone might have some materials from their
organization they would be willing/permitted to share.
