I am wondering if anyone has any comments/suggestions/recommendations on
affirmative action program software. The software asks you to input data
relating to applicants, hires, transfers, promotions (with race and
gender info) and it helps you crunch the numbers to see if you have
shortfalls in women or minority workers.
