Good morning!
I have been asked by one of my attorneys to locate a copy of Title 28,
Texas Administrative Code Rule sec 5.1201 prior to the changes made in
1997 - ASAP of course.
Apparently Lexis and Westlaw don't go back that far in their TAC
archive. My first question is would anyone have access to a copy of the
pre-1997 section, and logically
my second question is if so, would you be willing to send me a copy of
the section via email of fax?
