Has anyone received their 2006 CFRs yet? I have no objection to bright
canary yellow, but I DO have a problem with the fact that I can't see the
white title numbers against the canary yellow spine. Once we've shelved
several volumes, it will be impossible to pick out the needed volume. It
would be great if they could put the title numbers in black...or navy...or
dark red...anything but white.
