We're experiencing a problem with shipments of West's Rules of Court for
various states. We're receiving only one of the court rules (federal or
state) despite the fact that the packing slip lists both federal and
state volumes. For example, for Minnesota and California we have
received only the federal rules. For Pennsylvania and Florida, we have
received only state rules. For all of them, the packing slip mentions
both federal and state.

Is anyone else seeing this type of problem?
