I am looking for a settlement agreement described as follows:
Agreement among Government of Guyana, Reynolds Metals Company,
Reynolds Guyana Mines, Ltd. and Overseas Private Investment Corporation
(Dec. 31, 1974)(on file at OPIC, Washington DC)
I have checked the OPIC site and also generally on the internet and US
government sites, with no luck. Before I proceed with an expensive and
time-consuming FOIA request, I thought I'd check if any of you fine
folks may already have this document to lend? Any help or suggestions of
a better way to get this will be appreciated.
