Fellow Law-Libbers:
It has come to our attention that our 2006 edition of the above-titled
item has at least one section where the pagination and sectioning is
messed up. A call to West's customer service is getting us another
book, but they said since it is a bound book, they have no way of
checking the new copy to see if it is formatted ok.
For those who have this publication, please check you pages 514-515. It
LOOKS like it flows ok but at the top are the SECTION numbers and we see
a jump from section 24:177 to 24:179 with no 178.
As always, if someone posted about this already, and I missed it, mea
culpa and sorry for the repeat.
Sincerely,
Marguerita T. Young-Jones, Esq.
