Does anyone know a place where the EEOC [Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission] and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs [OFCCP]
post copies of settlement agreements they enter into with companies?
I have copies of the press releases announcing the settlements, but I
cannot find the agreements themselves. [I have called the contact names
listed...and I was promised call backs].
Does anyone know if these items are posted, if so, where?
