I got a call for a legal research survey this afternoon. The caller said
she was calling on behalf of "Synovate <http://www.synovate.com/> " when
I asked who was conducting the survey. I started to participate. She
asked how much time I spend on legal research, which resources I use,
etc. Then she put me on hold! I hung up.

research, yada yada, then launch right into the first question without
bothering to inquire if you have the time or the inclination to
participate? If so, and you find out who they are, please let me know -
I have some useful suggestions about where they may place their surveys
to best prevent overexposure to solar rays.
