Good afternoon: I am trying to determine if Title VI of HR 2360 has
been dropped from the Bill. I have found this,but require an
explanation. Can someone please tell me what this means and provide me
a link to the current version of H.R. 2360. Thanks, Dawn

The conference agreement does not include Title VI of the Senate bill,
``Homeland Security Grant Enhancement'' as proposed by the Senate. The
House bill contained no similar matter.
