We need the source page indicated for a quote used in 24 Trial Lawyers Quarterly 22 (1994), Rosenblatt's "Brief Writing and Oral Argument in Appellate Practice."
The quote is
As New York's Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye suggests (Callahan's Appellate Advocacy Manual, John W. Cooley, ed), "An effective brief is fully thought through before a word is set to paper."
We would like the page from Callaghan's Appellate Advocacy Manual displaying Judge Kaye's quote and that source's bibliographic information. Since the TLQ article was published in 1994, the edition we need would pre-date it. I understand that the App Adv Manual hasn't been updated since 1995.
A couple of our court law librarians have searched their copies to no avail.
If possible, we'd prefer a digitally scanned (email) copy or a fax.
