Electronic Filing

I am trying to take a quick survey on what different firms do when they have to file with a court electronically and a credit card charge is necessary. Does the filer use a personal or firm credit card? If a firm credit card is used how does the firm ensure the charge is properly assigned to a client? Thanks for any help. Elaine
