-------------------------------------------------------------

Due to a government wide increase in the Domestic Per Diem Rates that went
into effect on October 1, 2005, the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill has made a
retroactive rate change affecting housing contracts, even those made prior
to October 1. Because of this, all those staying at the Hyatt Regency will
have an increase of $13.00 a night (plus tax) which raises the cost for a
single room from $153.00 a night to $166.00.

GPO regrets it was not aware that the per diem rate change would be
retroactive and affect all those who registered prior to October 1, 2005.

The prevailing government rate is still significantly lower than the
commercial rate. We hope that this change will not cause any hardships for
those attending.

Thank you for your understanding.
