I wanted to add that you might want to tell your attendees at your CLE
seminar about lawyer blogs (blawgs) and also lawyer podcasts. They are
usually more current than newsletters since they can be updated on the
fly and very easily (as you know--I see you have a blog!). At our CLE
seminars, the lawyer attendees don't seem to know about blogs and
podcasts and are really interested to learn about them. We've had an
attorney or two email us after learning about blogs at our seminars and
told us they've gone back to the office and created blogs and found them
useful for marketing their practices.
To find legal blogs, check out theblogsoflaw.com--a topical directory of
over 200 blogs with annotations. There is also a topic for podcasts. I
really like the Internetcases.com podcasts for my area of interest. The
theblogsoflaw.com site was created by Mark Rosch, my co-author/co- CLE
speaker.
